Greetings,
I am unplugging for the rest of December so this is my last post for 2025. Before beginning my winter break, I had planned to finish my analysis of the State House committee bill decisions made for the Dec. 3rd deadline. But, as I noted in my last article, finding this info is not easy, and I need more time for research. I plan on publishing this piece in early January. Stay tuned...
Before signing off, I want to thank you for supporting North Shore Progressives. Building this site was a daunting task, and your encouragement and enthusiasm for this initiative has meant a great deal to me.
I launched North Shore Progressives because I believe that fighting fascism in DC begins with fighting for progressive policies in our communities and our state. I am grateful that this idea has resonated with so many here on the North Shore & beyond.
North Shore Progressives is still in its infancy and I have exciting plans in store for 2026. I'd love to hear your thoughts as I solidify these plans. Please drop me a line with feedback about the site. What are things that you particularly like or dislike? What is missing that you want to see?
As much as I really would love to hear from you, I won't be checking email until after January 2nd. I am going to try my damnedest to unplug from the Internet during my break, with the possible exception of the daily The NY Times Spelling Bee puzzle, which pairs perfectly with my morning cappuccino.
I hope you too can unplug during these final days of the year and do things that bring you peace and joy. Wishing you and your loved ones a happy holiday.
